This month saw the whole team celebrate our spectacular and reflective night of nights: the Lucas Real Estate Annual Awards Night.
One of the areas Lucas Real Estate has always prided itself on is its ability to foster and grow people’s careers. Regardless of whether people start here with 10 years of experience or 10 days, we’ve encouraged and promoted an environment to help people meet their absolute potential.
Last Friday night was an example of just that: our annual awards night. Coming together at the Crown’s Evergreen venue, our team (dressed to the nines) set in for a night of recognition, connection, and a much earn’t celebration. There have been a plethora of successes over the last 12 months, and our awards night allowed us to praise the people behind those accomplishments.
Honouring Team Excellence
Needless to say, the highlight of the night was, of course, the awards themselves. Across every division of the business – from sales, to property management, to our fantastic support team – every single member of Lucas continues to raise the bar in terms of what hard work and dedication looks like. The list of award recipients on the night include:

A Special Moment: The GDL Award
Last but not least, we’d like to make special note of the GDL Award. Named in honour of Glen Lucas, who founded the business over 20 years ago, this award not only recognises the utmost professional excellence, but highlights the Lucas values our agents carry with them each and every day. This year, the GDL Award was presented to Lynn Lum (Partner | Sales), by Glen himself. It was a proud moment for everyone in the room and a reminder of the strong foundations that continue to guide our growth.
Looking Ahead
The annual night is more than tradition, more than just celebration – it’s a chance to look back at the last 12 months, while also focusing on what comes next.Recognising the talent and success of our team is important in that process. Reinvigorated with a sense of optimism, our team is excited to close out the last five months of the year. As the Docklands property market continues to evolve, so does Lucas Real Estate.
