The 2026 Lucas Awards: Celebrating Excellence

This year, we came together for the Lucas Awards Night — an opportunity to recognise outstanding contributions, celebrate our shared achievements and thank the people who continue to move Lucas forward. Set high above Melbourne on Level 29 of Crown Towers, within the private quarters of Crown Melbourne, this luxurious event space offered sweeping city views and an atmosphere worthy of celebration.

A highlight of the evening was recognising six individuals whose commitment and contributions have made a meaningful impact across Lucas:

The evening was also an opportunity to welcome and thank our valued suppliers. Their expertise, reliability and ongoing partnership play an important role in delivering the high standard of service our clients expect.
