With a calm presence and approachable nature, Anika plays a key role in ensuring every inspection is welcoming, efficient, and well managed. Her attention to detail, reliability, and collaborative mindset support the team’s day-to-day operations, delivering a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues.

Balancing her role alongside a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne, Anika brings strong organisation and discipline to her work. Her experience volunteering in clinical environments and supporting a non-profit farm has further strengthened her ability to remain composed, detail-focused, and proactive in fast-paced settings.

Focused on consistency and care, Anika contributes to a smooth and well-coordinated client experience. Her clear communication and thoughtful approach ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of service expected at Lucas.

Outside of work, Anika enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Milo and Benji. She also coaches multi-sport programmes for young children, supporting early development through movement and teamwork.
