Her career has spanned Property Management, Sales Administration, Executive Assistance, Office Management and Operations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how every moving part within an agency connects. Calm, collected and highly attentive, Kate plays a pivotal role behind the scenes, ensuring the business operates with precision and consistency.

In her role within Operations, Kate oversees sales operations, new staff onboarding and recruitment, maintaining the systems and processes that allow the team to perform at their best. She works closely alongside Managing Director Baden Lucas, supporting strategic initiatives and tackling the day-to-day complexities that come with running a high-performing agency. Her personable nature and clear communication style make her a trusted point of contact across all departments, while her experience allows her to anticipate challenges before they arise.

Outside of the office, Kate enjoys spending time on her small farm surrounded by animals and sharing quality time with her family. Grounded and dependable, she brings the same care and dedication to her personal life as she does to the Lucas team — ensuring everything runs smoothly, wherever she is.
