With a degree in Business majoring in Banking and Finance, Gareth brings a strong foundation of knowledge to the Lucas team. Backed by experience in business brokerage administration, he combines technical capability with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

In his role supporting the Property Management team, Gareth plays an important part in keeping operations running smoothly. Highly organised and confident with new technology, he approaches each task with precision, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a consistent and reliable level of service.

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Gareth communicates effortlessly with a diverse client base. His calm, diligent approach and willingness to go the extra mile makes him a valued and dependable member of the team.

Outside of work, Gareth enjoys exploring the latest tech, capturing moments through photography, and catching up on new movie releases with friends.
