With the highly anticipated ease of restrictions, we were ecstatic to welcome back Private Inspections as of 18 September. In under 2 weeks, we conducted over 160 private inspections with many buyers who were already pre-registered and eager to get back to house hunting.

A fantastic effort by Lucas team arranging multiple appointments with precise timing to ensure all buyers and prospective renters were able to inspect their desired properties in a COVIDSafe manner. Each inspection was conducted one on one with agents waiting downstairs and after each inspection, all surfaces were wiped down to ensure a clean and safe environment for the next client.
