Opt-in/out of facilities 

Alongside its incredible finish and generously sized floorplans, one of the most unique things I found about the complex is that owners here have the option to include or exclude access to the facilities at different rates. The idea around this is that on the odd occasion where the owners don’t use the facilities such as gym and pool, they are charged at a lesser rate with OC fees. The best thing is that you can choose to opt back in to use the facilities if you happen to have a change of heart at any point in future.
