Serena’s relationship with Lucas Real Estate began when she first moved to Melbourne and purchased a property in Yarra’s Edge through our company.

Originally from Hong Kong, Serena completed a Bachelor of Art degree in Auckland, New Zealand, before establishing a successful career in design in Melbourne. Seeking a new challenge, Serena decided to explore her interest in real estate and joined Lucas, where she’s gone from strength to strength.

Now a valued member of the sales team, she is able to utilise her background in the corporate and client services world to provide an exceptional customer experience for both buyers and sellers alike. Serena also has the added advantage of being able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Outside of work, Serena loves to play golf with her husband and indulge in her passion for cooking and interior decorating.
