• Support is provided by our Assistant Property Manager to conduct routine inspections, condition reports and leasing inspections.
• No Weekend/Saturday Work

• Remuneration of salary + commissions

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Excellent time management, communication, organisational & administration skills
• Prior Property Management experience
• Positive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to problem solve
• Corporate presentation & friendly manner

Agent's Representative Certificate/Cert IV in Real Estate Practice, Driver's License, reliable vehicle and Police check are required for this role.
