• Apartment based portfolio.
• Support is provided by our Leasing Consultant and Field Agent to conduct routine inspections, condition reports and leasing inspections.
• No Weekend/Saturday Work. A full time role, hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am-5.30pm.
• Remuneration of salary + commissions

• Award-winning team led by a committed Director of Property Management with 20 years experience.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Excellent time management, communication, organisational & administration skills
• Prior Property Management experience
• Positive, 'can-do' attitude and the ability to problem solve
• Corporate presentation & friendly manner
• Agent's Representative Certificate/Cert IV in Real Estate Practic
• Driver's License, reliable vehicle and Police check required.
