Conder

MAB Corporation, together with architects PlusArchitecture and designer Hassell Pty Ltd, designed the Conder specifically to maximise the spectacular 360 degree uncompromising views of Victoria Harbour and Port Phillip Bay, and right across Melbourne’s city skyline to the magnificent Macedon Ranges.

Named after the renowned Australian artist Charles Conder, the Conder offers 20 floors of stunning, luxury appointed one, two and three bedroom apartments; the curved shape of the building design allowing each of the 200 apartments to be slightly different.

All apartments are complete with luxury European appliances, private balconies and contemporary finishes, with award winning architectural design aesthetics applied throughout.

Docklands

Docklands was designed to connect Melbourne’s CBD to the waterfront of Victoria Harbour, converting a disused harbour frontage into a sophisticated waterfront suburb of a world class standard.
